Shipping Process
Please allow us 24 hours for processing your order. Sapienwear.com ships your orders from Chennai, India. Please note that we do not ship on popular holidays.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email within 15 minutes. If you do not see this confirmation email within the stated time, please check your Promotional/Spam folder.
Sometimes due to high demand, items may be unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
After your order is processed and dispatched by our team, you will be receiving a shipping confirmation emails with details of our logistics partner and their estimated timelines. The logistics partner will also provide you with tracking information in this email.
Printing and Packing
We print and pack your orders on demand within 3-4 business days.

Our shipping partners take 2 to 5 days to deliver the orders based on the location of the customer
